Custom Car Scale Models | Professional Vehicle Model Manufacturer

1、Prototype Anatomy and Digital Modeling
Obtain basic data through 3D scanning the real car, proportionally reduce the model size in CAD software, and focus on processing surface transition areas. Print a 1:1 scale 3D printing model paper template for reference when manually cutting metal sheets.
2、Metal Bone Forging
Chassis production: After annealing and softening the 0.8mm brass plate, the chassis contour is punched out using a sand table model stamping machine, and the edges are manually filed to a tolerance of 0.1mm.
Vehicle body welding: 0.3mm stainless steel sheets are welded together using spot welding technology, with the assistance of a magnifying glass for positioning. The diameter of the welding point is controlled within 0.3mm.
Structural reinforcement: Internally implanted with 0.5mm steel wire skeleton, bonded with epoxy resin to form a whole with the external shell.
3、Manual Refinement Trilogy
Rough repair stage: Pneumatic carving knife removes excess solder to form a basic outline.
Intermediate repair stage: Use 600 mesh to 2000 mesh oilstone to polish step by step, and use a magnetic grinding machine to process the curved surface.
Refinement stage: Wool wheels are polished with diamond grinding paste to achieve a mirror reflection effect.
4、Dynamic component assembly
The gearbox gear set adopts precision injection molded gears with a modulus of 0.3, which are connected to the transmission shaft through micro bearings. The door can be opened and closed using a magnetic positioning device, and a 0.2mm thick stainless steel spring plate is embedded at the hinge to achieve automatic rebound.
5、Artistic Painting System
Base treatment: sandblasting to increase surface adhesion, spraying phosphating primer for rust prevention.
Color presentation: The primary color is achieved with automotive grade metallic paint, using a three spray and three bake process (primer paint varnish).
Antique Art: Using the tea stain method to make an old chassis, dry sweeping silver powder to simulate metal wear in the engine compartment.
