Civil Aviation Aircraft Model Factory
Photopolymer Resin Model Aircraft Industrial Manufacturing Process
Component Design
The components are disassembled according to the structure of a real aircraft, divided into an integrated fuselage, detachable wings, and independent engine components.
A 0.3 mm assembly gap is reserved for moving parts to ensure precision and functionality.
Printing Process
The main components are printed using grey industrial resin via DLP 3D printing technology, creating accurate 3D printing model replicas.
Transparent components undergo secondary curing with transparent resin to achieve clarity and detail.
Post-processing Steps:
– Isopropyl alcohol ultrasonic cleaning
– Curing at 40°C for 2 hours
Surface Engineering
Base Treatment:
– Overall sanding with 800-grit waterproof sandpaper
– Filling layer patterns with putty
Coating Stage:
– Three-layer system: primer → water decal → matte protective coating
– Metal components are first sprayed with black primer
Weathering Techniques:
– Pencil outlining to emphasize panel lines
– Pastel simulation of exhaust stains
Quality Control Standards
Strict quality control is applied to ensure the highest standards for industrial model production:
– Calipers used to measure critical dimensions
– Strong side lighting for inspecting paint surfaces
– Landing gear load-bearing test
These measures guarantee that the final scale model meets industry requirements and delivers exceptional detail.
